In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round on lucky8, the outcome of that round may be voided. Lucky8 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct game outcomes from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, any wagers placed in the affected round will be returned to your Real Money Balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably erroneous state — such as a game displaying incorrect odds or jackpot values due to a technical fault — will not be honoured and may be reversed.

All sports bets placed on lucky8 are subject to acceptance by lucky8. Odds quoted on lucky8 at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play bet acceptance is subject to a short delay to account for transmission latency. Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as applicable.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all associated bets will be voided and stakes returned to your Real Money Balance.
